Write a vitriolic "so long f#@&ers" post to the company you claim to be an employee of, provide a few insider details, real or fabricated, to create an inkling of credibility, and tell people you'll respond to their inquiries (then neglect to do so beyond the first few comments).
For me the original post is neither here nor there. At best it's a fuzzy and innacurate rage-vomit from an ex-employee. At worst it's sad troll attempt from a disgruntled ex-WAR player. The interesting part to me is the comments.
Now, I wouldn't suggest wading too deep into the comment sludge unless you want to numb your brain, but for those looking for a case study in social behaviour on the Internet, you'll find an interesting cross-section in this post.
You've got the true believers, non-believers, skeptics, trolls, those-who-can't-help-but-take-the-trollbait, fanboys (of all stripes), haters (of all stripes), intelligent observers, can-barely-form-a-sentence troglodytes, and of course spammers.
When you have this many crazies going at it, it's no wonder the comments are racking up. It's like an angry town hall meeting without a moderator.
And you had the attention whores that linked posts in the comments in hopes of getting some traffic. I feel ashamed for doing it, but I did get a lot of hits :)
